Delivering Justice.

FOR ALL OF PAULDING.

Election Day: May 19th

I've dedicated my life to putting criminals behind bars and protecting Paulding families. As our next District Attorney, I will never lose sight of that mission."

- Colleen Hampton

COLLEEN HAMPTON for Paulding DA:

Proven. PROSECUTOR. PROTECTOR.

Colleen Hampton is a passionate, experienced attorney ready to lead the Paulding County District Attorney’s Office with integrity, toughness, and heart. She knows the DA's office isn't just a stepping stone to a new appointment, it's the sacred shield that defends our community.

A battle-tested prosecutor who has served Paulding County as Assistant District Attorney handling every type of criminal case—from misdemeanors to murder—Colleen has spent years in the courtroom fighting for victims and putting violent offenders behind bars. She has stood hand-in-hand with our families during their hardest moments, fighting to ensure justice for our most vulnerable: children, the elderly, and people with disabilities.

Before becoming a lawyer, Colleen spent 13 years mediating for Fortune 500 companies, giving her the real-world business experience to not just prosecute criminals but also manage large teams and complex budgets. Those same leadership and management abilities will allow her to run a professional, well-organized, and highly effective District Attorney’s Office that gets results for Paulding County.

Colleen proudly calls Paulding home—where she lives with her sister and her sister’s three children. Raised by a Vietnam Veteran father and a retired insurance executive mother who taught her the values of hard work, service, and doing what’s right, Colleen lives those principles every day.

She graduated from Leadership Paulding in 2023, where she led a service project to make the juvenile court process less traumatic for children. She has volunteered countless hours to serve our families with issues like helping domestic violence victims secure protective orders, assisting veterans with legal needs, and creating resources for people navigating the legal system on their own.

When she’s not fighting for justice, you’ll find her spoiling her nieces and nephews and spending time with the family she loves.
